If you try to lose weight, find snacks that fill your desires and satisfy you may feel frustrating. Healthy snacks can, well, have a cardboard taste. Fortunately, there are many options that are not only delicious but which can help you lose weight. Eat this, not that! It revealed 13 weight loss snacks that do not have a taste for cardboard.
Greek yogurt with berries

His first delicious recommendation of weight loss snack is Greek yogurt with berries. “Protein, calcium and probiotic shores,” she says. “Add a pinch of cinnamon or ground linen or chia seeds for texture.” Also make sure to stick to Greek Nature yogurt.
Air popcorn


Another excellent weight loss snack? Popcorn breathtaking. “Low caloric, rich in fiber. Add sea salt, garlic powder or a pinch of nutritional yeast for flavor,” explains Collingwood.
Houmous with vegetables


Collingwood also recommends a snack inspired by the Middle East: Houmous with fresh vegetables. “The crunchy carrots, the cucumbers, the peppers or the pair of celery perfectly with the hummus rich in protein,” she says.
Hard -boiled eggs


Keeping hard eggs in your refrigerator is also a great way to achieve your protein goals. “Packed with healthy proteins and fats. Sprinkle with salt, pepper or spicy sauce,” explains Collingwood.
Apple slices with peanut butter


Do you want a sweet treat that will fill you for hours? She recommends apple slices with peanut butter. “Sweet and creamy combo that keeps you full. Use natural peanut butter to avoid added sugars,” she said.
Squares of dark chocolate


Although chocolate is not good for you, dark chocolate squares can be a good sweet treat for weight loss. “A few squares (70% or more) can slow down the desires of success and add antioxidants,” explains Collingwood.
Cheese


Colingwood also likes rope cheese, enveloped individually in perfect portions. “Controlled in portion and rich in protein,” she says.
Roasted chickpeas, edamame or wide beans


Roasted chickpeas, eDamame or wide beans (Baba Boom) are other solid choices for a healthy snack. “Crunchy, fiber packaged and easy to savor with spices”, explains Collingwood.
Cottage cheese with pineapple or cherry tomatoes


Choose your poison: Cottage cheese with sweet or salty tips. Adding pineapple or cherry tomatoes to the dairy product is an excellent snack. “The protein -rich and satisfactory, sweet or savory versions depending on your mood,” said Collingwood.
Algae snacks


If you are a fan of algae, the snack packs of the treat are ideal for weight loss. “Ultra low calorie, crunchy and salty. Large alternative to chips,” explains Collingwood.
Grapes or frozen berries

Shake Protein


The last snack on his list? A protein shake. Collingwood recommends leading proteins, fairlife and muscle milk. “Very practical to grab and go to or sip at your office. Read the labels to keep the calories in about 200 and aim at least 15-30 grams of protein,” she said.
