This genius McDonald’s hack has taken TikTok by storm, and for good reason. Sam revealed in his video that she lost 242 pounds by sticking to a calorie deficit, exercising, and “with the help of semaglutide” to treat her PCOS. However, she still enjoys fast food with a few healthier twists.
The TikTok star has a ton of fast food videos on her page, from Chick-fil-A to Wendy’s, and people are all over them. Her McDonald’s ordering video, in particular, has 76.7k likes and counting, and the user claims it contains 470 calories.
Sam ordered a McDouble with no bun, ketchup or mustard and added extra pickles and shredded lettuce for a total of about 240 calories and 17 grams of protein, which helps you stay full and satisfied. “I don’t go to McDonald’s without buying their fries,” she emphasized. She opted for the small one, which is only 230 calories. That’s about 470 calories. However, if you want to treat yourself, Sam used half the packet of tangy BBQ sauce (about 23 calories) to flavor the burger and washed it all down with a Diet Coke (0 calories).
