Ingredients:
- ½ cup strong brewed organic green tea (steep for 10-15 minutes and cool completely before adding to smoothie)
- 2 ounces of pomegranate juice
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened organic berries
- 1 cup organic baby spinach
- ½ cup plain organic Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon. organic MCT oil
- 1 scoop of organic whey or vegan protein powder (no artificial colors or sweeteners)
