Love handles – Extra weight around the median section that create bulges in the area – are easy to win. Lack of physical activity, poor diet, high stress, do not sleep enough and some drugs can cause fat accumulation and cause love handles, but there are ways to cut the sides of your belly and the solution could be as simple as working and reorganizing your lunch routine. Some food combinations can fight fat and help reduce your waist, says Mary Sabat MS, RDN, LD, who is also a personal coach. In less than a month, these seven combos for lunch can increase your metabolism, your sidewalk desires and target tenacious fat areas such as love handles. Here’s how to eat your way to a thinner stomach.
Grilled salmon bowl with quinoa, avocado and sautéed kale

Ingredients:
Salmon Reduced Sauvage
½ cup of quinoa
½ lawyer
Cabinet and oil garlic in oil
“This anti-inflammatory combo is rich in omega-3, fiber and protein-the metabolism of supporting fats, control of blood sugar and satiety,” explains Sabat.
It is also the ideal meal to prepare in advance and make larger portions to save and serve throughout the week.
Chia & Greek Yogurt Power Powerfa


Ingredients:
¾ Cup of Greek yogurt nourished with plain grass
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
½ cup of mixed berries
Crushed nuts
According to Sabat, “this lunch rich in proteins rich in fibers maintains the desires from a distance while nourishing your intestine with probiotics and prebiotic fibers.”
For an optional additional module, Sabat suggests bruising a little cinnamon and a vinaigrette made from apple cider vinegar if it has a salad on the side.
Egg & Avocado lettuce envelope with green tea


Ingredients:
2 high eggs of pastures
½ lawyer
Roman or butter lettuce
Cucumber
Dijon or olive oil drizzle
Served with icy green tea.
“Healthy fats, fibers and proteins work together to stabilize insulin levels and promote fat combustion, in particular around the median section,” explains Sabat.
This meal is perfect for doing the previous night and seizing when leaving the door.
Tuma-kale salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar


Ingredients:
Wild tuna (safe or similar capture)
Kale
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumbers
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
“The omega-3 of the tuna and Evoo plus the detoxifying power of the cabbage support and the ACV have reduced the bloating and an improved fat loss,” explains Sabat.
To enhance the flavor, Sabat recommends adding garlic, lemon zest and cracked pepper for a stimulation kick of metabolism.
Lens and vegetarian soup with side spinach salad


Ingredients:
Homemade soup with lenses, carrots, celery, spinach and herbs
Lateral salad with olive oil and apple cider vinegar
According to Sabat, it is a “rich in protein, fibers and polyphenols based on plants, and the combo promotes intestinal health and sustained energy – the whole key for fat loss.” It is also an easy meal to prepare beforehand. You can prepare a larger lot, freeze and serve later.
Greek yogurt chicken salad in lawyers


Ingredients:
Grated organic chicken breast mixed with plain Greek yogurt, celery, mustard and herbs, served in avocado cut in half
“Landed on proteins, low in carbohydrates and rich in monounsaturated fats – this creamy but clean dish supports the reduction and satiety of belly fats,” explains Sabat. Make a large batch of chicken salad and serve in lettuce or lawyer cups all week.

Wandering or almond flour envelope
Houmous
Spinach
Grated carrots
Chia seeds
Avocado slices
Associated with green tea.
“This envelope with the plant and the plant which slows down digestion, reduces bloating of the belly and goes perfectly with the fatal EGCG oxidizing in green tea,” explains Sabat. To make it warmer, Sabat suggests adding grilled chicken in slices or hard eggs for more protein.
