Of course, you can have a salad, or you can just make it a treat every now and then, because a good burger is going to cost you a few health points.

If you opt for a Smashburger A classic Double Cheeseburger, this will cost you around 970 calories, 62g of fat, 27g of saturated fat, and an extravagant 2,360mg of sodium. The burger is made with two certified Angus beef patties, American cheese and toppings, and while the sodium content is a bit shocking, that Smash sauce is almost worth it.
