Tara Collingwood, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD / N, ACSM-CPT, is a certified sports dietitian and co-author of the Flat belly kitchen book for mannequins. Collingwood also recommends hard -seasoned hard eggs with a pinch of seasoning in Bagel, which you can buy from Trader Joe’s. “Complete proteins to support muscles and keep the buzzing metabolism,” she says. Consider boiling eggs in advance and keeping them in your refrigerator for easy snacks.
Roasted chickpeas (or Edamame)


Another delicious salty snack? Roasted chick or eDamame chickpea, recommends Collingwood. “Crunchy, rich in fiber and protein for a satisfactory exchange for fleas,” she says.
