With spring here and summer on the horizon, you may be more like to banish the belly fat. Maybe you feel the bloating or just want to be more beautiful in your clothes. Whatever reason, it is a common desire to reduce fat in the abdominal area.
We now know that you cannot spot fat. It is not as easy as making a bunch of crackles – in order to see a difference, you need to change your lifestyle, which means paying attention not only to your calories and what you eat, but to your movement, your water supply and even at your stress levels.
Amy Goodson MS, RD, LD, CSSD, a dietitian and consultant recorded in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, emphasizing overall health, well-being and sports nutrition says that if no food will melt as if by magic, certain choices rich in nutrients cannot support better digestion, reduce swelling and promote fullness. These 10 foods are filled with fibers, healthy fats, probiotics and anti-inflammatory nutrients that help improve intestinal health, regulate appetite and keep your stomach feel skinny and comfortable.
Berries

Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and more come in colored shades and are a soft garnish or a dessert by themselves. “Packed with fibers and antioxidants, berries can help regulate digestion and reduce inflammation that contributes to bloating,” said Goodson. “Their low sugar content also supports balanced blood sugar.”
Leafy greens

Leaf greens are the basis of a large salad, and they can really do a good body. “High in water and fiber, green leafy vegetables like spinach and kale help prevent constipation and support a healthy digestive tract, which can both minimize belly pockets,” explains Goodson.
Nut

If you are looking for a snack that will keep you satisfied, the nuts can be your best friend. “A handful of almonds or nuts provides healthy fibers, proteins and fats that help you keep you longer and stabilize blood sugar to reduce desires and weight gain in half,” explains Goodson.
Eggs

Whether you are your choice for breakfast, or eat them hard like a snack, eggs can be incredible for your physique. “Eggs are a protein power station that helps develop lean muscles and keeps you satisfied, which can both support a flatter appearance when associated with a regular exercise,” explains Goodson.
Gru

“Oat is rich in soluble fibers, which facilitates digestion and helps feed beneficial intestinal bacteria that reduce bloating and support metabolic health,” explains Goodson. Take this for breakfast and add healthy garnishes of your choice.
Sardines

Sardines are an easy protein that you can launch in your salad or pasta. But did you know that they can also help with the stomach bloating? “These small fish are loaded with omega-3 fatty acids and proteins, which can both fight inflammation and promote fat metabolism, including around the belly,” explains Goodson.
Lawyer

Lawyers are “additional” for a reason – they offer so many advantages to your body, especially by helping you get this flat belly. “Rich in monounsaturated fats, fiber and potassium, lawyers help manage belly fats, improve digestion and reduce water retention,” explains Goodson. “Fiber supports intestinal health by nourishing beneficial bacteria and promoting regularity, both the key for a flattest stomach.”
Yogurt

You have probably heard that yogurt has “good” bacteria. But did you know that it can also be good to banish belly fat? “Yogurt with lively and active cultures provides probiotics that support intestinal health, reduce gas and help digestion for a less swollen stomach,” explains Goodson. For those who love their thick yogurt, Greek yogurt is an excellent option.
Salmon

This oily fish is so good when it is done on the grill. It can also do wonders to help you get this flat stomach. “Salmon is an excellent source of anti-inflammatory omega-3 and high quality protein, which can help reduce belly fat and support a flatter look over time,” says Goodson. Aye with a pinch of lemon for a light and bright flavor.
Banana

Although bananas sometimes get a bad blow to be sweet and “fattening”, they are actually an excellent food to repeat for a flat stomach. “The bananas are rich in potassium, which helps to balance sodium and reduce water retention, reduce belly bloating,” explains Goodson. “They also contain prebiotic fibers, which nourish good intestinal bacteria and support a healthier and less swollen digestive system.”
